Andrea Auchinleck
INTERIOR DESIGNER + PRINCIPAL
Andrea is a food-loving garden enthusiast. She deeply admires the experimentalism of the Bauhaus period, citing it as a true break from all historical design trends. The clean, modern lines of Mies van der Rohe and Le Corbusier continue to inspire her even today.
Andrea discovered her craft at a tender age. As a 10 year-old, she watched the construction of her family’s home and became fascinated with the plans, models, and endless swatches of colour. Andrea decided to make interior design her future career and subsequently attended the Design Institute of San Diego, where she completed a degree in Fine Arts.
An internship at Calgary-based firm Cohos Evamy helped launch her career. She then accepted a position in San Diego before returning to Canada five years later as the newest member of the prestigious Portico Design Group. After completing her NCIDQ exam, Andrea struck out on her own and launched Curve Interiors.
Today, with more than 10 years of industry experience and an intimate understanding of the construction process, her mandate is to deliver great value through outstanding results. She is a detail-oriented, problem-solver with a love for clean, modern lines and great art.

Mike Lukowski
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Mike’s interest in architecture and design began early when he was introduced to the world of Lego. This unassuming object and a strong passion for drafting led him to pursue a career in interior design where he went on to study at Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
During his time studying interior design at KPU, Mike began working for a residential design company where he gained invaluable experience. After receiving his bachelors, Mike pursued opportunities in furniture, hospitality, and commercial office design. Appreciating the experience and diversity of the many design sectors has reinforced Mike’s passion for residential design.
Mike’s design philosophy, “less is more” has stemmed from his travels around the globe. Living in Poland, Japan, and Canada, has allowed him to experience and appreciate a multitude of cultures, and how geography impacts design.
Good design should be modest and in the background. Design should not detract but be a catalyst in positively influencing and benefiting each individual lifestyle.

Caitlin Domino
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Growing up alongside her Interior designer mother, Caitlin felt a natural and creative pull towards design herself. Throughout her adolescence she quite often helped with her mothers’ projects and quickly learnt many tricks of the trade along the way. In 2010 she graduated from BCIT with a diploma in Interior Design. Quickly after graduation she started working in the field with a firm, specializing in residential and new development homes.
Caitlin has always had a hands-on approach to design and loves to be involved with the transformation of a space. She has an appreciation for character and loves finding the special components of a home. She is also an abstract painter and has quite often painted her own pieces for many of her projects. She draws inspiration from art, nature and admires the talents of Leanne Ford. When she doesn’t have a paint brush, scale or drill in hand, you can find her on the beach with her family or relaxing with a glass of red wine.
WHAT IS THE SINGLE GREATEST ACCENT EVER CREATED?
Artwork. The colours, scale and texture add so much interest to a space, and quite often can uniquely tie everything together.

Artwork from your travels or family heirlooms that tell your personal story.
WHAT IS CURRENTLY YOUR FAVOURITE COLOR?
